Getting Started

New to RentalFlow? Here's how to get up and running:

  1. Install RentalFlow from the Shopify App Store
  2. Configure your delivery zip codes in Settings
  3. Set up your rental form fields and business info
  4. Add the RentalFlow widget to your product pages via the theme editor
  5. Start managing rentals from the Orders page

Can I try RentalFlow before paying?

Yes. All new installations include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No charge until the trial ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing in the app and click "Cancel Subscription." You can also uninstall the app from your Shopify admin to cancel.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Session data is deleted immediately. Rental booking data is retained for 30 days to allow reinstallation without data loss, then permanently deleted.

Does RentalFlow work with all Shopify themes?

RentalFlow works with all Online Store 2.0 themes. Add the widget via Theme Editor > Add Block > RentalFlow on your product template.
