By installing, accessing, or using the RentalFlow application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
RentalFlow is a Shopify application that provides rental management services including:
To use RentalFlow, you must have an active Shopify store and a valid Shopify account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.
RentalFlow offers a paid subscription plan ("RentalFlow Pro") billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable subscription fees to your Shopify account.

Your use of RentalFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of RentalFlow and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand, or logos.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalFlow and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store and cancelling your subscription.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
